Helping Gang Members Find A New Path

Finding a new life for former gang members and those who are transitioning out of prison can be difficult. Childhood trauma, social and financial inequality, and lack of job opportunities are factors that can lead someone back to a life of crime. We'll take a look at how these individuals can change their lives and we'll speak with those who are helping them with the transition.
