Ohio's newly passed two year state budget includes more than $2 billion worth of cuts in services.
Gail Channing Tennenbaum says those cuts will disproportionately hurt Ohio's most vulnerable citizens. And she thinks state lawmakers will be back to fix the budget this fall once Ohioans see cuts to services they need.
Channing Tennenbaum predicts 35,000 Ohioans will lose their jobs at the county levels because of the cuts in this budget. She says even more will lose their jobs at the state level.
